Bond Counsel Services. Proposals are due at the AMAFCA office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. The complete RFP packet should be picked up at the AMAFCA offices, 2600 Prospect Avenue NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107, between the hours of 8 and 5, Monday through Friday, or by E-mail (if requesting by e-mail, indicate full name, company, address, phone, and fax numbers in the body of your e-mail*). Financial Advisor Services. Proposals are due at the AMAFCA office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. *Why do we request contact information? Occasionally, after publication of an RFP has begun, there are addendums to the RFP to answer questions brought up by those who are thinking of submitting a proposal. If we know you are interested in submitting, we can get a copy of the addendum to you. If we do not know that you are thinking of submitting (i.e., you received the packet from a third party), we will not know that you are considering a submission, and will not be able to get the addendum to you. This is why we have you request the full RFP by email, rather than simply making the entire packet available on our website for download.
